Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your IconCraft AI purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for credit pack purchases.
1. Unused Credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchased credit pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. The full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Partially Used Credits
If you have used some credits from a purchased credit pack, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused credits within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of unused credits remaining in the pack.
3. No Refund After 14 Days
We do not offer refunds for credit pack purchases made more than 14 days ago, regardless of whether credits have been used. Credits do not expire, so you may continue to use them at any time.
4. Used Credits
Credits that have been used for icon generation (1 credit = 1 generation of 4 icon variants) are non-refundable. A monetary refund cannot be issued for generations that have already been completed.
5. Failed Generations
If an icon generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. This is an in-app credit refund, not a monetary refund. You can use the restored credit to try generating again.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@iconcraft.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The credit pack purchased (Starter, Pro, or Team)
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Stripe. Once a refund is approved, Stripe will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
