1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IconCraft AI ("the Service"), available at iconcraft.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use IconCraft AI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using email and password, or through third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date

3. Credits System

IconCraft AI uses a credit-based system for icon generation. Credits are purchased as one-time packs:

• Starter: 100 credits for $9
• Pro: 500 credits for $29
• Team: 1,000 credits for $49

Each credit allows one generation, which produces 4 icon variants. Downloading generated icons as PNG files is free and does not consume credits. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. Purchased credits do not expire. New accounts receive 10 free credits upon registration.

4. AI-Generated Content

Icons generated through IconCraft AI are created using third-party AI models. You own the icons generated through your use of the Service and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including in your apps, websites, and products. However, we do not guarantee that generated icons will be unique, as AI models may produce similar outputs for similar prompts. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or offensive content
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent the generation system or credits mechanism
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The IconCraft AI service, including its design, interface, code, and branding, is owned by IconCraft AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the icons you generate. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service itself.

7. Payment and Billing

All payments for credit packs are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe handles payment processing on our behalf. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

IconCraft AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IconCraft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination for cause are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
